Shipping:

As we work toward enhancing our fulfillment process, we are dedicated to getting you your orders as quickly as possible. Placed orders are received and shipped typically within 48 to 72 hours. Like many retailers are experiencing these days, you can expect a temporary delay in delivery.

For orders that are needed quickly, we can expedite shipping an additional $15. That will ensure your order arrives faster. Please use your judgement when ordering and factor in some additional time to receive your orders. We know you want to feed your furry friends ASAP and enjoy your Nutty Bench just like we do!

RETURNS:

The Nuts at The Nutty Bench strives to make a quality product for our customers. All orders are shipped in a protective box to ensure the products are protected from damage during shipping. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for their return. If one of our benches arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Just provide us with the order number and a photo of the damage and we’ll contact you right away with next steps.
